About the role
You'll create, enrich and maintain the product and parts data behind our catalogue. That way customers can quickly find the right part, returns stay low and our warehouse runs smoothly. A big part of the job is parts interpretation: reading manufacturer schematics to link spare parts, hop-ups and accessories to the right vehicle models. When supplier information falls short, you'll head into the warehouse to unbox, measure and test-fit products yourself.
Key responsibilities
Creating and updating product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, variations and colourways
Entering and checking MPNs, SKUs, barcodes, brands and categories before stock arrives
Interpreting schematics, exploded diagrams and parts manuals to map parts to vehicle models
Keeping our parts finder accurate so customer compatibility searches return reliable results
Inspecting, measuring and test-fitting products and parts when supplier data is missing or unclear
Working with suppliers to collect imagery, spec sheets, manuals and wiring diagrams
Supporting the warehouse, customer service, media and purchasing teams with data fixes and new-release listings
Uploading supplier invoices into our WMS so the warehouse team can receive incoming shipments without delay
Leveraging internal AI tools and automation to help draft copy, parse supplier info, and build listings faster
About you
Experience in e-commerce data entry, catalogue administration or parts interpretation
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on knowledge of RC models, electronics or similar technical hobbies
Confidence reading mechanical schematics, exploded diagrams and parts lists
Accurate typing, strong attention to detail and clear written communication
Skills in Excel or Google Sheets, and comfort using inventory or content management systems
Comfort working in an active warehouse environment when required
Organised and self-motivated, and able to work through task queues methodically
