About the role
Arculus Holdings Limited is seeking a Linen Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team in Rosedale, Auckland. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, organisation and dispatch of linen products. You will be integral to maintaining smooth warehouse operations and supporting our commitment to delivering excellent service to our customers. This role involves hands-on warehouse work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are essential.
What you'll be doing
Receiving, checking and logging incoming linen stock into the warehouse management system
Picking and packing linen items according to customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Organising and storing linen products in designated warehouse locations
Preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring items are correctly packed and labelled
Conducting stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety and organisation standards
Assisting with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
Following health and safety procedures and reporting any incidents or hazards
Supporting the warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a warehouse, picking and packing or similar logistics environment is preferred
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and minimal errors
Physical fitness and capability to lift, carry and move items regularly throughout the day
Reliability and strong attendance record with the ability to commit to full-time hours
Willingness to learn and operate warehouse systems and equipment safely
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Basic computer literacy to operate warehouse management systems
Health and Safety awareness and commitment to following procedures
Valid driver's licence (desirable but not essential)
