About us

"Index" is an acronym for Industrial Design Excellence - and this commitment flows through everything we do. We are a close-knit award-winning team of problem solvers, providing design, design review and technical support to industrial and engineering clients from Katikati to Antarctica. We have a dedicated design team of CAD professionals who work with, and are supported by, our team of professional engineers. We tend to deal with the more challenging kinds of industrial problems, with considerable work in the sectors of pulp and paper, forestry and energy. The design work typically relates to piping, tanks, guarding, pressure equipment and monorails (any mechanical equipment), so familiarity with isometrics and piping placement, as well as 3D equipment modelling is important.
