We are a boutique law firm specialising in unit titles advice and dispute resolution looking for a full-time junior solicitor with 0-3 years’ experience to join our busy litigation team, led by an acknowledged leader in New Zealand Body Corporate law. 

The successful applicant will be a motivated, confident, well-spoken and energetic multi-tasker with a positive attitude, initiative with excellent written English.  You will assist with Tribunal, District Court and High Court claims, levy recovery, rule breaches, insolvency and associated advice.  

Duties and particular skills to develop include:  

• negotiating outcomes. 

• liaising with clients.

• drafting court documents. 

• legal research.

• drafting submissions. 

• appearing in the Tribunal or Court; and 

• case management under supervision of the litigation partner. 

Salary is commensurate with experience. Free carparking provided.
