About the Role
We are seeking polished Front of House staff to join our team. You'll be part of delivering a seamless guest experience from arrival through to service — welcoming guests, managing tables and reservations, and providing attentive, personalised service in line with our premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and host guests with professionalism and warmth

• Manage reservations, VIP bookings, and guest flow

• Take orders and deliver food and beverage service to a premium standard

• Coordinate seating and table turns to maximise guest experience and service efficiency

• Provide personalised service and handle guest requests confidently

• Work closely with the floor, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

• Maintain exceptional presentation and service standards throughout every shift

About You

• Previous experience in Front of House, hospitality, or a premium customer-facing role

• Impeccable presentation and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised under pressure

• Confident handling VIP guests and high-volume service

• A team player with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
