We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our busy digital print and production team.

CQ has been providing digital printing services in Christchurch for 25 years. We're a well-established business with an experienced, supportive team and a friendly working environment.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving everything from preparing files and operating digital printing equipment to finishing printed products and helping customers.

The role includes:

• Preparing and checking digital files for print

• Operating digital and wide format printing equipment

• Print finishing, including guillotining, binding and laminating

• Wide format mounting and finishing

• Receiving and processing customer jobs by email, phone and at reception

• Working with the team to meet deadlines and maintain our high-quality standards

We're looking for someone who:

• Ideally has experience in digital printing or pre-press or wide format production

• Has good computer skills, particularly Adobe Creative Suite

• Is organised, accurate and pays attention to detail

• Has excellent communication and customer skills

• Is positive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team

• Can work efficiently in a busy environment and enjoys a challenge

Previous printing experience is highly desirable. However, we would also consider a motivated applicant with strong computer skills, an interest in print and a willingness to learn.
