Job Description:
- Lead Spindle moulder set-up and run changes to production specifications.
- Change spindle moulder knives.
- Sharpen spindle moulder knives.
- Fault find Timber machining issues.
- Operate Spindle moulder to production requirements.
- Ensure plant is run to manufacturers' specifications.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as a SPINDLE MOULDER OPERATOR.
- Experienced in operating the following machinery: Titan 609P Platinum 4 sided, 6 Head Spindle moulder and Rondamat 935 profile grinder
- Knowledgeable on Bin and Pallet assembly using a jig and nail gun.
- Candidate must be physically fit.
- Has good English communication and interpersonal skills.
