Octa Associates Ltd is a leading nationwide consultancy providing independent project management services across a wide range of sectors. We are seeking a Project Manager with 3-5+ years’ experience to join our Christchurch branch.

Ideal Candidate

• Relevant tertiary qualification in the building or construction industry.

• At least 3+ years' New Zealand experience delivering vertical commercial construction or infrastructure projects, ideally with proven project management experience in a consultancy environment.

• A relevant tertiary qualification in building, construction, engineering, or a related field.

• A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and numerical skills.

• Strong computer literacy, including the MS Office Suite and MS Project.

• Adaptable, proactive, and keen to learn new skills to solve complex project challenges.

• Strong prior consultant-side project management experience is essential
