We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys building new business, and is confident picking up the phone, getting out in the field, and creating opportunities. If you’re proactive, relationship-focused, and hungry to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales position where you'll be responsible for developing new business, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sales growth across New Zealand.

You'll have the freedom to take ownership of your results and the support of a small, close-knit team behind you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities

• Developing and maintaining strong customer and industry relationships through proactive visits and regular contact.

• Managing and growing existing accounts

• Preparing quotes and following up sales leads

• Working closely with the team to achieve business goals

• Bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to grow market share

What We're Looking For

• A proven sales performer with a strong track record of achieving results

• Experience in earthmoving, civil work, and heavy machinery preferred

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• A proactive "go-getter" attitude

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence in prospecting and generating new business

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture

• Full New Zealand driver's license
