Core responsibilities include:
- Support pre-construction planning and project establishment across multiple projects
- Support project programming, resourcing and reporting
- Managing complex problems and reducing site risk.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to your site teams
- Oversee best-practice site based management & quality systems
- Support best practice health & safety initiatives and training
- Contribute to team development and regional growth
- Site or project management experience on commercial-grade construction projects in NZ
- Sound knowledge of concrete & steel structures
- Ability to support multiple sites
- Working knowledge of NZ construction & contracts
- Good programming capability (MS Project)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and engaged leadership style
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications
