About the Role
As Village Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for residents, families, staff members, and external providers — keeping village operations running smoothly and ensuring an exceptional living experience.
Your days will include:
Managing day to day operations, our site, refurbishments, and maintenance
Leading and mentoring staff, creating a positive and inclusive team culture
Overseeing service delivery, compliance, and operational performance
Building trusted relationships with residents, families, and contractors
Maintaining budgets and ensuring financial sustainability
About You

You’re a manager who thrives in a people-focused environment. You bring energy, empathy, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You enjoy variety, take pride in high standards, and know how to bring out the best in your team.
You’ll also have:
✔ Empathy with the older person and the ability to interact with people showing credibility, confidence and sensitivity.
✔Proven experience in operational management (people, business, and facilities)
✔ Strong relationship and communication skills – approachable, engaging, and confident
✔ A proactive, hands on “can-do” attitude with strong follow-through
✔ Great organisational and time management skills
✔ Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
✔ Empathy and respect for older people and their families
