Have civil construction experience and want to learn a specialist skill?

NZ Labour Hire is recruiting for a company specialising in screw pile foundations. You’ll start on the ground, supporting the installation crew while receiving full training in screw piling operations.

There is a travel component - work is occasionally out of Auckland with travel, living away costs and accommodation expenses covered.

Your duties will include:

• Preparing work areas and handling materials.

• Assisting the crew with screw pile installations.

• Working safely around machinery and equipment.

• Keeping the site tidy and organised.

• Learning installation processes and taking on further duties as your skills develop.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous civil construction experience.

• Holds a full Class 1 driver licence.

• Is prepared for physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Is reliable, willing to learn and able to follow instructions.

• Works safely and contributes to the team.

No previous screw piling experience is required. Bring your civil experience and willingness to learn, and the team will provide the specialist training.
