About the Role:
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee the clinical operations of the facility, leading a team of nursing and care staff. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centered care while supporting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to nursing and care teams

• Oversee care delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with best practice standards

• Manage clinical audits, care planning, and documentation requirements

• Work closely with the Facility Manager on operational strategy and service delivery

• Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture

What You Bring:

• Registered Nurse with current New Zealand APC

• Proven leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting

• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to excellence in care

• Outstanding communication and team leadership abilities

• A resident-first approach and strong sense of accountability
