Part of the Circuitwise Group, Nautech Electronics are a dynamic and innovative business specialising in electronic design and manufacturing solutions. This privately owned business has been setting the industry standard for over 35 years and we now have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on IT Manager to take ownership of Nautech's technology, from the service desk to the server room and everything in between.
Nautech has an established IT environment supporting around 65 staff across engineering, manufacturing and business operations. The environment includes on-premises servers, virtualisation, enterprise networking, Microsoft 365 and the specialist systems our manufacturing teams rely on.
We're progressively modernising this environment, upgrading infrastructure, moving services to the cloud and strengthening cyber security in line with group standards. You'll take ownership of the existing environment, keep it running reliably and help drive these improvements.
Supported by an IT Systems Administrator and backed by a Group IT team across Australia and New Zealand who share standards, tools and know-how. You'll have the autonomy to manage local IT priorities while working with the wider team on larger projects and initiatives.
You'll report to the Group Head of IT, with a dotted line to Nautech's local leadership team for operational priorities.
This is a full-time, onsite role based at our East Tamaki facility in Auckland.
