What You'll Do:
- Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team
- Lead service and install operations and enforce safety standards
- Own KPIs: turnover, safety, callbacks, reviews, on-time arrival, and productivity
- Grow gross margin through better training, warranty, batching, and inventory processes
- Partner with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and EBITDA growth
What We Need:
- Plumbing or HVAC management experience preferred
- Strong technical and business knowledge of the plumbing trade
- A high-energy leader who drives accountability through KPIs
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to large groups
- Proficient in MS Office and ServiceTitan
