We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Node.js/React/Next.js), Senior level to join a product for a fintech client: a time-tracking and project management platform built from scratch.

Responsibilities

Build fintech product from scratch together with the team
Develop full-stack features across a Node.js/TypeScript backend and a React/Next.js frontend
Drive technical decisions and take ownership of delivery, not just pick up tickets
Collaborate directly with the client on product direction and priorities
Use AI tools as a core part of your daily development workflow

Requirements

5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack development
Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Next.js
Proven experience launching greenfield projects from scratch
Strong ownership mindset and lead capabilities
AI-first way of working: hands-on daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools
Ability to hit the ground running and deliver from day one
Very good English communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech or SaaS products
Background in time-tracking, project management, or productivity tools
