About the role
Mt Rosa Wines is looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to join our cellar door team in beautiful Gibbston Valley.
We're a family-owned winery entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for people who enjoy meeting others, have a positive attitude and take pride in looking after customers.
You don't need to know much about wine to work with us. We're more than happy to teach you! What's important is that you're keen to learn, enjoy talking to people and can help make every visit to Mt Rosa a memorable one.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming visitors and making them feel at home
Hosting relaxed, fun and engaging wine tastings
Learning about our wines and sharing the Mt Rosa story
Serving food, platters and drinks
Assisting with wine sales, bookings and general cellar door duties
Helping keep the cellar door looking its best
Working alongside the team during events and busy periods
What we're looking for
A friendly, outgoing personality and a positive attitude
Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting and talking to people
A willingness to learn about our wines and vineyard
Reliability, common sense and a good work ethic
Someone who works well as part of a small team
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
Whether you're completely new to the wine industry or a seasoned wine professional, we'd love to hear from you!
We're happy to chat with everyone, from enthusiastic beginners keen to learn something new to the rock stars of the wine world who really know their stuff.

About Mt Rosa
Mt Rosa is a family-owned vineyard and cellar door in the heart of Gibbston Valley. We grow our own grapes, produce our own wines and welcome visitors from all over the world.
We're proud of our wines, but we don't believe wine tasting needs to be complicated or intimidating. We like to keep things relaxed and friendly. Great wine, good conversation and making sure people leave having enjoyed themselves. That's what we're all about.
