Operations Coordinator

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00/hour, based on experience, plus bonus opportunities tied to team performance.
Schedule: Saturday – Monday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Candidates will select one available schedule during screening.

Job Summary
Mister Sparky is seeking an organized, fast-paced Operations Coordinator to manage scheduling and communication across multiple locations. Acting as the central point of contact between customers and electricians, this role ensures jobs are scheduled efficiently, technicians are prepared, and customers stay informed throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate technician schedules across multiple locations, assigning jobs based on urgency, scope, and skill set.
Manage jobs from start to finish, including coordinating multiple technicians when needed.
Adjust schedules in real time to accommodate emergencies and changing priorities.
Ensure technicians have the information and resources needed before arriving at a job.
Maintain accurate job notes and customer information across company systems.
Recognize and prioritize opportunities that support revenue and operational efficiency.
