Located in the historic Archer's Cottage, overlooking beautiful Lake Wakatipu, Botswana Butchery Queenstown is one of the region's most iconic and busiest premium dining destinations.

We're looking for experienced Head Waiters, Head Food Runners and Bartenders to join our high-performing front-of-house team.

We're after confident, energetic hospitality professionals who thrive under pressure, take pride in their work and know how to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Who we're looking for:

  • Head Waiters – Experienced service professionals with excellent food and wine knowledge, strong sales skills and the confidence to lead a section.

  • Head Food Runners – Organised, efficient and sharp individuals who can coordinate a busy pass, communicate effectively with the kitchen and keep service running smoothly.

  • Bartenders – Skilled, personable bartenders with strong cocktail and beverage knowledge who can deliver quality drinks and exceptional service in a busy environment.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a busy, high-end hospitality environment

  • Confidence working under pressure while maintaining high standards

  • Excellent communication, teamwork and attention to detail

  • A positive, professional attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
