• Organize and maintain project folder structures and documentation 
• Schedule meetings and take minutes 
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Run reports and format data to provide clients with updates on the progress of their projects
• Support the team with day-to-day tasks as required

• Diploma in Engineering (Preferred: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a project support role
• Good problem-solving skills and a desire to know how things work
• A self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment and is comfortable talking with internal teams
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
