About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Automotive Fitment & Accessories Technician to join our workshop team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on cars, has an eye for detail and takes pride in getting vehicles looking and driving their best. The role will involve a wide range of vehicle preparation and fitment work across our dealership, including tyres, wheels, accessories, body kits and minor mechanical jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Fitting and replacing tyres and wheels

• Wheel balancing and tyre repairs

• Installing front lips, side skirts, spoilers and other exterior accessories

• Fitting aftermarket and OEM vehicle accessories

• Installing basic interior and exterior accessories

• Carrying out minor mechanical repairs and maintenance

• Completing pre-delivery vehicle preparation

• Carrying out general vehicle checks and identifying issues that require further mechanical attention

• Ensuring all accessories and fitment work is completed safely and to a high standard

• Keeping the workshop and work areas clean, organised and safe

About you

• Previous automotive, tyre, fitment or workshop experience preferred

• Strong practical and mechanical ability

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Good attention to detail

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

• Pride in workmanship and presentation

• A genuine interest in cars and automotive culture

• Full NZ driver licence preferred with confidence in manual transmission
