Casual Support Workers - Te Awamutu & Hamilton

Make a real difference in your community while enjoying work-life balance.

Enrich+ Services Trust is seeking enthusiastic, caring, and reliable Casual Support Workers to join our Supported Activity Centre teams in Te Awamutu and Hamilton.

If you're looking for flexible work that is meaningful, rewarding, and different every day, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Casual Support Worker, you will work alongside people with disabilities, supporting them to participate in meaningful activities, develop life skills, build relationships, and achieve personal goals.  This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You may be supporting community-based activities, creative projects, skill development programmes, or assisting individuals to engage in experiences that enhance their independence and wellbeing.

Personal care assistance may be required as part of this role, and full training and support will be provided.

What's in it for You?

•             Monday to Friday work only

•             Daytime hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm

•             No weekends or night shifts

•             Flexible casual opportunities to suit your lifestyle

•             A fun, supportive, and inclusive team environment

•             Comprehensive training and ongoing development

•             The opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives every day

 What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

•             A positive, caring, and respectful approach

•             Excellent reliability and communication skills

•             A genuine desire to support people to live fulfilling lives

•             The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

•             A full New Zealand driver's licence

•             Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand

•             A willingness to learn and undertake personal care support when required

Experience in the disability, health, or support sector is advantageous but not essential. We value attitude, empathy, and a commitment to supporting others above all else.
