About the role

We are seeking a highly versatile and client-facing Senior Software Test Analyst to drive the client-side User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational readiness, and client deployment strategy for our modern SaaS payroll application. In this pivotal, multi-faceted role, you will bridge the gap between application delivery and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of client-side UAT verification—ensuring complete accuracy in New Zealand payroll logic, tax rules, and statutory compliance

• Directly support enterprise clients across New Zealand through feature presentations

• Conduct system training

• Perform deployment verification

• Obtain application sign-offs

• Complete system documentation
