About the role

We're looking for Full Time and Part Time team members to be part of a dynamic and high-performance team culture, focused on delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer service. You will help welcome locals and visitors, get them into the right gear, and make the store a genuine part of the Queenstown outdoor community.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of the team to deliver strong sales and KPI results

• Be a brand ambassador, representing Mammut's vision to inspire people to experience the mountains

• Welcome and engage with customers through authentic connections

• Support and maintain VM standards of store

• Understand and communicate the features and benefits of highly technical products

• Provide exceptional levels of customer service

About you

• Have a passion for retail and great customer service

• Have experience in a customer facing role (Hospitality, fashion retail preferred)

• A true team player

• Flexible availability

• A passion for climbing, snow sports or the general outdoors is preferred but not essential
