Job summary

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team in providing a high standard of service to our patients. Excellent customer service skills are vital for this role. We expect the successful candidate to be able to work well as part of a team and perform effectively under pressure. You will need to be a team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position is for maternity cover, with the view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Main duties of the job

Desirable experience in general practice but not essential for the right person. The role includes:

-Handling telephone calls

-Digital enquiries from patients including working closely with our Triage Doctor

-Care navigation

-Administrative duties

-Registration processing
