Position Overview
As a Machine Operator at CLM, you’ll operate one of our machines. Daily responsibilities may include machine set-up, machine operation, quality checks, and regular and preventive maintenance. At CLM, you’ll produce a variety of parts and components. Due to increased customer demand, we’re growing our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machines during production , set-up machines (as needed)
- Perform in-process inspection to check quality
- Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum productivity
- Complete regular and preventative maintenance procedures, including cleaning machines and work area daily

Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Manual dexterity, ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow directions carefully and adhere to deadlines.
- Work well independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic math, and use of a calculator
- Reading, writing, and understanding English
Preferred:
- Prior manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
- Ability to read blueprints
