About the position
We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our busy Rototuna clinic. Working Wednesday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, you'll primarily support our Rototuna team while also having the opportunity to work across other clinics when needed. Additional hours may be available to cover planned and unplanned leave.
This role requires an experienced, competent and motivated individual who is customer service focused and able to respond efficiently to our client’s needs.
You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional accuracy and high attention to detail.

To be successful you must
Eligible to work in New Zealand
Have a car and drivers' licence as you may need to cover all clinic locations as needed
Indici experience is preferred, but not essential
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Possess a talent for multi-tasking
Have the ability to work effectively under pressure
Contribute towards equitable health outcomes
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Reception role
Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in a variable workflow environment, build strong report with team members, have good interpersonal skills, and a positive “can do” attitude.
