What you'll be doing
- Carrying out residential and commercial electrical installations, maintenance and repairs
- Diagnosing electrical faults and delivering quality workmanship
- Working on varied projects across multiple client sites
- Undertaking solar electrical work where required
- Ensuring all work meets New Zealand electrical regulations and safety standards
- Working independently and alongside other tradespeople to get the job done
- Current EWRB practising licence (fully licensed electrician)
- Full, valid NZ driver's licence
- Experience in residential and commercial electrical work
- Solar electrical experience is an advantage
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A solid commitment to health and safety
- $35–$40 per hour depending on experience
