About us
We’re a trans-Tasman retail and lending group operating across New Zealand and Australia. Our brands are:
DollarDealers: pawnbroking and pre-owned retail
Gold House: luxury consignment, resale and asset-backed lending
We’re growing fast, with new stores in NZ and a recent expansion into Australia. We want a proven Meta Ads expert to turn ad spend into store visits, online sales and loan/buying enquiries.
The role
This is a senior contract role for someone who’s done this at a high level before. You’ll own Meta advertising for both brands across NZ and AU. You’ll work remotely with our Design and Social Media teams, and you’ll report directly to the General Manager.

Managing budget pacing, audience targeting, and bid strategy day to day
Working with our Design and Social Media teams on ad creative
Testing creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to keep improving performance
Maintaining Pixel, Conversions API and GA4 tracking so the data can be trusted
Reporting on campaign performance and turning that data into real recommendations
Supporting campaigns around product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales
Keeping across Meta’s advertising policies and platform updates, including rules for financial services ads
What you’ll bring
At least 5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, with results you can back with numbers
Experience managing multi-brand, multi-location or multi-market accounts
Expert knowledge of Ads Manager, Events Manager, CAPI and GA4
Strong commercial thinking: you understand margin, not just ROAS
Good copy and creative instincts
