What you’ll be doing

• Supporting farm operations: feed our salmon, maintain netting, and contribute to the smooth operation of the farm.
• Maintaining fish welfare: uphold the highest standards of fish health and aquaculture practices.
• Caring for equipment: keep gear and equipment secure and well-maintained.
• Reporting: make sure the farm records are accurate and up to date.   

What you’ll bring

• Licence and work eligibility: full NZ driver’s licence and the legal right to work in NZ.
• Skills and mindset: willingness to learn, team player, and literacy/numeracy skills.
• Physical fitness: the ability to do physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 kgs.
• Experience or qualifications: previous Aquaculture experience or Fish Farming Level 3 is desirable, but not essential.
