Position description:

·         Achieving shift production targets with the best efficiencies

·         Ensuring optimum production (Quality & quantity) of ethanol during the shift from the distillery unit

·         Coordination with other departments for smooth operations of the distillery unit

·         Cost optimization and manufacturing excellence

·         Environment management

·         Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness in the production facilities 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Advanced knowledge of Distillery process & equipment operations
• Demonstrated tolerance for the rigours of an eight to ten-hour day on the production floor
• Talented, highly-motivated & self-starter
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to maintain positive, high-performance work atmosphere; and Good team facilitator with ability to work with other functions
• Exposure to safety critical operations
• Knowledge on ERP systems will be an added advantage.
