The Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will have the unique opportunity to work across our distinctive dining experiences—from delivering exceptional breakfast service each morning to providing world-class hospitality at Essence, alongside the relaxed yet refined atmosphere of The Terrace. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury hospitality, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is committed to delivering intuitive, personalised service that creates memorable experiences for every guest. Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts as rostered

Confidently deliver menu knowledge and guide guests through our offerings at The Terrace and Essence

Set up and maintain dining areas to the highest standards of presentation and hygiene

Process guest orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are met

Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow

Uphold ROKI Collection’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint

About You

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café environment – ideally within luxury or boutique hospitality

Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, engaging personality

A genuine passion for food, wine, and service excellence

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork
