Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO (with periodic travel to Fort Drum, NY)

Pay: $101,250/year

NavTech Inc seeks a Program Lead to direct day-to-day communications operations and sustainment for Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) sites at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC), with supported operations at Fort Drum, NY. You will be the contractor's on-site lead for daily contract matters, available within 60 minutes during duty hours (2 hours after hours), leading Tier II service desk, client services, capability sustainment, and facility/activity support teams in a 24/7 mission environment.

Requirements: 8+ years in IT/communications operations, 3+ years leading on-site teams on DoD programs; experience with incident management and service-desk operations in classified environments; working knowledge of RMF-accredited networks; strong Government-customer interface skills. DoD 8140-aligned background preferred.
