About the role

Working alongside our Senior Architect, you will be responsible for developing technical façade details and creating native Revit families to support project documentation. This role is focused on commercial and high-rise detailing and is not a residential drafting position. Detailing will be done under the lead architect in conjunction with input from the façade and fire engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technical façade details

• Create native Revit families to support project documentation

• Provide technical façade detailing support on complex commercial and multi-unit developments

About you

• Minimum 5 years of Autodesk Revit experience

• Experience creating native Revit detail families from DWG files

• Strong understanding of the New Zealand Building Code

• Commercial and/or multi-unit high-rise project experience

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong technical detailing and documentation skills
