Assignment details

• Location: Grand Islander Ctr, Middletown, RI
• Dates: 10/27/2026 - 12/28/2026 (about 9 weeks)
• Shift: Nights, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM (8-hour shifts, 30-min meal)
• Schedule: must work every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, plus every other Monday
• Immediate start

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island or multistate (NLC) LPN license
• Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
• Current BLS; background check and facility health requirements
