The Opportunity
NextStep New Zealand is growing, and we're looking for someone who wants their income directly connected to their results.
This is not a salary role. It is commission-based.
You’ll be given a steady flow of warm enquiries from people interested in working with NextStep. Your job is to respond quickly, build genuine relationships, understand what they need, and book them into our 4-Week Restart Program.
For every paid booking you make, you earn $50 commission.
The better you become at converting and following up, the more opportunity you have to earn.

We’re building New Zealand’s leading health and rehabilitation exercise company, with locations in Mount Maunganui, Hamilton and Whakatāne — and more to come.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for:
Responding quickly to new enquiries.
Having genuine discovery conversations with potential members.
Using our proven S.O.L.V.E.R. framework.
Booking qualified people into our 4-Week Restart Program.
Consistently following up with people who aren't ready immediately.
Managing your own CRM pipeline.
Supporting referral, reactivation and growth campaigns.
Working across leads from our three current NextStep locations.
We currently generate 100+ leads per week across the business, so there is plenty of opportunity for someone who can convert.
The Commission Model
You earn $50 commission for every paid 4-Week Restart Program booking.
There is no salary base and no guaranteed income.
Your earnings are directly connected to your ability to communicate, follow up and convert.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes the idea of being rewarded for performance rather than being limited by an hourly rate or fixed salary.

You’ll suit this role if you are:
Confident talking with people.
Empathetic and able to listen properly.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Resilient when someone says no or not yet.
Systems-driven and willing to follow a proven sales process.
Coachable and open to feedback on your calls.
Reliable with follow-up.
Ambitious and motivated by commission and results.
You don't need to be a pushy salesperson.
In fact, we don't want one.
Many of the people who contact us have injuries, health conditions or have lost confidence in what their body can do. Your role is to listen, understand their situation and help them decide whether NextStep is the right fit.

Hours
This role requires availability during key enquiry and follow-up periods, including mornings, daytime, weekends and evenings. When you get a lead you call!
There is flexibility in how you structure your day, but speed-to-lead and consistent follow-up are essential.
