The Opportunity
We are looking for Retail Assistants to join our Newmarket Lounge on a part time and casual basis. If you’re enthusiastic about creating exceptional customer experiences and want to work in a creative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate exceptional brand and product experiences through memorable personalised service.
Ensure all customer queries across all communication channels are responded to efficiently.
Prompt completion of administrative duties, delivering on time and in full.
Contribute to an environment of high employee productivity and satisfaction, supporting high team morale and facilitating an inclusive and supportive culture. Motivating and encouraging others.
Inventory and operational performance that is accurate and exceeds company standards.
Establish brand loyalty by enhancing customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
Cultivate and engage the Yu Mei community and guests, assist with VIP events as required.
Involvement in idea generation and implementation related to marketing at Yu Mei, including but not limited to the building of social media and the Yu Mei community.
Ensure location security at all times and uphold high standards of maintenance at retail lounge locations.
How to apply
One year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
