The Opportunity

Providing a suite of business advisory services to a diverse group of clients through accounting, compliance and tax support means that no two days are ever the same. Solving complex conundrums and making life easier for others is your definition of a good day in the office.

Being good in this space doesn’t come with cookie cutter requirements. These are responsible roles tasked with helping people first and foremost. You might have worked in another NZ public practice in a similar role. Or been involved in a business with exposure to general bookkeeping, GST, tax and annual accounts. You’ll know your way around Xero but don’t need a financial qualification – real world experience is just as valuable and makes you highly relatable for clients.

Whatever your story, you’re known for working hard, showing urgency and always seeing things through. You’re the first to put your hand up to help and are known for being smart, caring and taking incredible pride in what you do.

The Nuts and Bolts

This is a full-time, Alexandra-based, office-first role. You’ll have the tools and flexibility to work elsewhere occasionally, including from our Dunedin office. We currently have a 4.5 day work week policy so we can truly enjoy some work/life balance. Alexandra offers a rare combination of affordability and lifestyle with easy access to all the wider region has to offer. Imagine having a half day each week to be on a bike trail, golf course, ski field, lake or vineyard within minutes. That's just everyday life in Central Otago.
