Job Details
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Job Site Location: Sunnyvale, TX
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday
1st Shift: 5:00 AM–1:00 PM
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
3rd Shift: 9:00 PM–5:00 AM
Must be available for overtime and weekends as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain warehouse and production equipment.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
Identify equipment malfunctions and assist with repairs.
Replace worn or damaged components using appropriate tools.
Respond to maintenance requests and help minimize operational interruptions.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment concerns.
Communicate equipment status and maintenance needs to supervisors.
Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements when applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience performing mechanical maintenance, equipment repair, or troubleshooting in an industrial or warehouse environment.
Knowledge of basic mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
Ability to use common hand tools and maintenance equipment safely.
Ability to identify equipment problems and communicate recommended corrective actions.
Ability to work safely around machinery and moving equipment.
Availability for assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience maintaining conveyors, packaging equipment, or warehouse automation systems.
Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, motors, sensors, or pneumatic systems.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
Industrial maintenance training or a related technical certification.
