A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Systems Analyst/User Acceptance Testing Analyst:
 
Position Type: Contract (12+ months)
Location: Chandler, AZ / Phoenix, AZ / San Francisco, CA / Des Moines, IA / Minneapolis, MN / Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX
Hybrid Onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote in a week)
 
As a Business Systems Analyst / User Acceptance Testing Analyst
you will:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear system and functional requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and project teams to support application enhancements and technology initiatives.
• Coordinate application-related work from intake through development, testing, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, track dependencies, document decisions, and help resolve ambiguities in business requirements.
• Support backlog management, prioritization efforts, change coordination, and implementation planning.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), readiness activities, business validation, and release support.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, training materials, status reports, decision logs, and operational tracking mechanisms.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of business and technology solutions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help establish repeatable practices, templates, and governance mechanisms.

 
The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Operations, Application Delivery, Change Management, or related functions.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Experience coordinating application enhancements, testing efforts, implementation activities, and release readiness.
• Hands-on experience supporting and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, dependencies, action items, and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint) and regulated environments such as banking, risk, compliance, governance, or audit.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $60 - $65 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
