Burlington Care Centre, part of Qestral Corporation Limited, is a leader in new-generation retirement living. Located in Redwood, Christchurch, our 60-bed care centre offers state-of-the-art rest home and hospital-level care, including palliative and respite services. We also have a specialised 20-bed dementia facility.

About the Role – Mo te Turanga
This is a casual position, hours are generally 8.00am to 3.00pm and can include weekends. The successful candidate will be flexible to pick up shifts and there is potential for the role to become part-time going forward.
In this role, you’ll ensure our care centre, communal areas, and residents homes are clean, tidy, and welcoming - creating a comfortable and safe environment for residents and visitors. Every day brings variety, and your work will make a real difference to the quality of life in our community.
About You – Nga Korero Mou
Are you a Housekeeper with experience and passion? We’re looking for someone who has:
A warm personality and great people skills
Attention to detail with consistently high standards
Proven housekeeping experience
A friendly, approachable manner and the ability to work well under pressure
Discretion and diplomacy
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Applicants must hold NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
