Short Summary: Step into a unique hybrid clinical role! We are looking for a highly organized Dental Assistant with a creative flair for TikTok and Instagram Reels to be the right-hand support to our Clinical Director.

We are currently expanding our operations and integrating cutting-edge technology, including a new VHF K5+ digital mill. The Role This role is strictly focused on clinical support, clinic flow, and digital storytelling. With our centralized administration team handling the front desk, phone calls, and bookings, your objective is to be the Clinical Director’s dedicated right-hand person in the surgery.

You will ensure the clinical day runs seamlessly, track patient cases perfectly, keep the environment pristine, and capture our high-end clinical transformations for our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, one-on-one chair-side assistance to the Clinical Director during all consultations and procedures.

• Film and edit short-form video content (TikTok/Instagram Reels) featuring patient transformations, clinical setups, and our digital milling technology, executed seamlessly without disrupting clinical flow.

• Track and manage lab case completion dates to ensure all clinical deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.

• Maintain strict infection control, perform daily clinic cleaning, and manage all sterilization protocols.

• Provide general daily hospitality and support to the Director (including setting up the clinic, managing materials, and organizing coffee/refreshments) to keep the schedule flowing comfortably.

What You Bring to the Team This is an entry-level clinical role, but we are looking for a high-level attitude and specific creative skills.

• Social Media Savvy: You are a natural at creating short-form video content. You understand pacing, trending audio, and how to create a compelling visual hook.

• Highly Coachable: You listen well, take direction easily, and respect strict clinical protocols.

• Proactive Communicator: You anticipate the needs of the clinic, ask the right questions, and keep the team updated on logistics.

• Team-First Mindset: You view the clinic as a collective effort and support your colleagues without hesitation.

• Reliable: You take complete ownership of your tasks, from sterilization to content creation.

• Note: Prior dental assisting experience is a bonus, but full clinical training will be provided for the right candidate who possesses the required attitude and social media skills.
