Main duties of the job

We are looking for a compassionate care assistant to support residents in their everyday lives. The position involves working day shifts with full-time and part-time hours available, requiring 12-hour shifts and alternate weekends. The role is based at L'Hermitage, a 41-bed Residential, Nursing & Dementia care Home in a peaceful location in St Peter, Jersey. We prefer candidates with an RQF qualification (or equivalent), but we welcome applications from those willing to work towards achieving this qualification.
