- Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service on the retail floor.
- Support team motivation, daily operations, and floor leadership.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Assist with inventory management and daily store operations.
- Experience: 2-3+ years as a Retail Supervisor, 3IC, or Assistant Store Manager.
- Passion: A genuine interest in homewares, textiles, or interior design.
- Style: Warm, engaging, and customer-focused approach.
- Drive: Target-driven mindset with enthusiasm for achieving team bonuses.
- Availability: Able to work Sunday through Thursday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Mon-Thu; 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Sun).
