Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• General Certifications (BLS/BCLS)

Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient medication therapy and ensure safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and medication therapy outcomes.
• Educate healthcare staff and patients about medications and their appropriate use.
