The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will:

Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality compliance work
Review and mentor intermediate and junior accountants
Provide insights and advice to help clients improve performance
Work alongside Managers and Partners on project and advisory work
Contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement

About You

You'll bring both technical capability and a growth mindset, along with:

CA qualification (or near completion)
3+ years' BAS experience within a New Zealand public practice
Strong grounding in financial statements, tax, and client service
The confidence to manage client relationships and support a team
Experience with Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting platforms
