We're seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wanganui on Saturday mornings (9.00am - 12.00pm). This is a great opportunity to gain valuable customer service, retail, and agricultural industry experience while working with a supportive local team.
There may also be opportunities for additional hours during busy periods.

About the role
As the face of our store, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience and supporting our agricultural and horticultural customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations
- Processing sales transactions and customer orders
- Responding to customer and supplier enquiries
- Providing administrative support to the Store Manager
- Receiving, unpacking, and merchandising stock.
About you
You will ideally:
- Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be reliable, positive, and eager to learn
- Be physically fit and comfortable lifting and handling stock
- Have retail, sales, customer service, or agricultural experience (preferred but not essential).
