HealthForce NZ by ProCare continues to experience strong demand from across our wider general practice network, with both permanent and locum/temp staff being needed in record numbers. This recruitment hub also services a large group of practices across other parts of New Zealand and now supports numerous third-party companies needing our help in providing skilled resources.
Our unique service makes our Recruitment roles feel like a mix of internal and external models. This is because we work as a fully integrated part of ProCare and our network, which sees us recruiting staff internally into our own business as well as more than 130 other companies that are linked to us, but operate as separate entities. Our clients view us as a close partner and proactively reach out to us for a huge range of support, treating us more like an extension of their own companies. Our job is to find them the locum or permanent solutions that truly fit their needs, which means this role hinges heavily on our candidate management and rapport.
About you
We are looking for an experienced and innovative recruiter who thrives on a challenge and brings agency or temporary recruitment experience. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will have proven recruitment expertise, a customer-centric approach and the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of people. You will quickly understand role requirements and be excited by the freedom and autonomy to build on the service’s success.
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
- Adaptable and solution-focused
- Enjoy the entrepreneurial approach to the role, always looking for different/smarter/better ways to do things
- Have a strong interest in healthcare and the health outcomes of the population
- Proficient in active sourcing, have a passion for the candidate experience, with an interest in making sure each placement is a genuine fit
- Healthcare knowledge would be advantageous.
