What You'll Do

• Respond to client enquiries on WeChat, phone, and more—be their first point of contact
• Support mortgage advisors with documentation and loan applications
• Communicate with clients, collecting and verifying key information
• Track loan applications—monitor deals from start to settlement
• Maintain and update the client database
• Refer clients to top professional partners for one-stop solutions
• Handle other admin works to keep the office running smoothly

Who Thrives Here?

• Final-year student or recent graduates (finance/accounting/economics is a plus)

• Excellent Bilingual skill : Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English is a MUST
