Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounting and reporting processes
- Compile and submit tax returns and statutory tax documentation
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
- Prepare reconciliations, journals and supporting schedules
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax legislation
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
Job Experience and Skills Required
Qualification:- CA(SA) or CIMA
- CA(SA) preferred
- Minimum of four years' post-qualification experience
- Strong financial accounting and reporting experience
- Proven tax compilation and submission experience
- Experience managing or coordinating audits
- Exposure to pharmaceutical, FMCG or retail environments advantageous
